THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU THE PURCHASER (hereafter referred to as "Licensee") AND SKY-PIX, L.L.C. (hereafter referred to as "Licensor")
All images produced by Sky-Pix L.L.C. are the property of Sky-Pix ("Licensor") and are copyright protected under the Copyright Act of the United States Copyright Office which grants Sky-Pix exclusive rights in the reproduction, adaptation, public distribution and display of any image created by Sky-Pix.
The publishing rights purchased, as per this agreement, allow licensee to use Sky-Pix images for the following purposes:

Use in web sites.

Use in marketing materials such as flyers, brochures and direct mailing pieces.

Use in printed advertisements such as newspapers, magazines or other such periodicals.

Use in printed media such as book covers or in the copy of books.

Use in printed packaging such as CD/DVD or video covers.

Use in television advertising or any other type of visual broadcast media.

Photographic prints or laser copies for the purpose of public display or portfolios.
The above stated purposes must meet the following conditions:
- All uses, purposes, or reproductions as stated above, must include Sky-Pix copyright with appropriate year (i.e. © Sky-Pix 2004)
- Use in web pages must include photo credit and Sky-Pix copyright with appropriate year.
Under NO circumstances shall the licensee give, sell or distribute any licensed image to any third party. Sky-Pix reserves the right to pursue monetary compensation from the licensee should the subjects of this agreement be breached.
Sky-Pix reserves the right to use any image we produce for use on our own web site, advertising or marketing material.
Any purchase from Sky-Pix assumes that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of this license agreement.
